Controlled Conditions provides installation, calibration and maintenance for various medical equipment.

• For customers such as plasma centers, donor organ storage facilities, and laboratories, we provide maintenance of freezers (walk-in, cascade & LN2), incubators, centrifuges, fume hoods, and heat blocks. Some freezers operate at minus 80 degrees centigrade and have recorders and alarm systems for which we are authorized service representatives.
• Controlled Conditions also maintains standards traceable to NIST for calibrating temperature measuring devices and other related calibrations such as RPM, pressure, air velocities, etc.
• Our staff has participated in the design and certification of clean room installations.
